ICS@BLUE V3 est là!
Et voilà que la V3 d’ICE@BLUE est annoncée disponible, uniquement valable pour les tablettes ayant le SDE d’Archos d’installé
Au programme :
- root access ;
- busybox installed & updated ;
- possibility to overclock* ;
- possibility to enable the both core to any Governor ;
- run scripts to init.d
- module tun.ko for enable VPN *;
- new bootanimation ;
- more icon replaced ;
- new wallpaper in Launcher2 ;
- windows animation on – with possibility to turn off ;
- more app upadetd on system/app
- some new app installed on data/app
- real possibility to watch TV online ( now only beta test ) ;
- …
* Archos a modifié le kernel, c’est donc en cours de portage.
Les tests ont été fait sur les 4430 & 4460 avec mémoire flash ou disque dur !
Download link :
- archos.ext4 -> in archive : ICS_BLUE.zip ;
- zImage & Initramfs -> in archive : Kernel.407.zip ;
Install :
– copy archos.ext4 in /mnt/storage/ , you can use this command > adb push archos.ext4.update /mnt/storage/
– go to SDE -> Developer Edition Menu -> Flash Kernel & Initramfs -> copy here zImage & initramfs.cpio.lzo -> OK! -> wait to reboot …..
– after everything was installed – please reboot your device !
To activate the second core, you need the following steps :
– copy /system/S1tweak in /system/etc/init.d/ or ( > adb shell ; # cp /system/S1tweak /system/etc/init.d ; # exit )
– open No-frills CPU Control :
– choose the desired Governor ( but not hotplug ) !
– choose the desired frequency , but not overclocked ! ( when the device will boot – will open with the selected frequency , so please choose max. frequency = your max. stock frequency )
– check « Apply on boot »
– check « Applay »
– check allow if superuser asked permission
– reboot your device !
– Now , both core are available in your selected Governor ( other than hotplug ! ).
( you can check this in Quadrant Standard -> System information : you will see – Cores: 2 / Cores available to Java: 2 )
