Step 1) Download this and extract on your Desktop.
Step 2) Install the drivers if you need to. Unplug and plug the device back in, have disk, and point it at that folder.
Step 3) Settings > Device Storage & USB Connection > USB connection mode > ADB
Step 4) Unplug & plug back in (you should see USB debugging connected) at the top.
Step 5) Start > Run and type

Step 
As long as the device is listed, you’re good to go. Run the installer.bat file.
Step 9) Once the window closes, hold down the power button > power off > reboot.
